Risk to Reward Analysis: In traditional betting models, participants face an unfavorable risk-to-reward ratio (for example, at 1.3x odds, a player risks 100% of capital for only 30% profit, while the loser forfeits 100%). In pvphub, the winner earns 90% net profit directly, and the loser receives 3% rebate cashback to preserve liquidity and enable immediate reentry. Furthermore, pvphub features a built-in onchain referral architecture where any user can invite traders and duelists using their unique referral link. Whenever a duel concludes with a verified match winner involving a referred participant, an automatic 5% cash reward from the total pot is routed instantly onchain to the referrer's wallet at the moment of match settlement. In the event of a tie, void match, or no-winner outcome, zero referral or protocol fees are deducted and 100% of principal is returned to participants.
Two participants lock equal collateral into the canonical escrow smart contract. Upon verified outcome resolution, funds are automatically distributed as follows:
• 90% Winner Payout (1.8x): The verified winner receives 90% of the total pot.
• 3% Loser Retention Cashback: The participant on the losing side receives 3% cash rebate.
• 5% Referral Cash Reward: Instantly routed to the referrer wallet if entered via referral.
• Unreferred Match Policy: If a participant entered without an active referral code, the 5% referral allocation is automatically routed to the Protocol Treasury, resulting in a 7% total protocol fee (CLJCLi6HMssn6CCAbiBzD9b4VmcyoJPCrF5Qecyz8mf7).

Core Rules
- To guarantee strict fairness and equal opportunity for all participants, all challenges must be deployed onchain prior to event kickoff, with the entry window closing immediately at the start to eliminate in-progress betting and prevent live momentum frontrunning.
- Once an opponent joins and the duel is matched, the contest remains active until the official resolution is finalized, and immediately upon outcome confirmation, it transitions to the completed state for prize settlement.
- Once an opponent enters and the competition officially begins, unilateral cancellation or withdrawal is strictly prohibited, and locked assets remain secured within the smart contract until the official result is recorded.
- Upon expiration of the designated entry deadline, any request that has not been matched with an opponent automatically expires, and 100% of the deposited stake is refunded to the creator with zero platform fees.
- Prior to an opponent joining the contest, the creator may voluntarily cancel their request at any time and reclaim their full deposit without fee deduction or penalty.
- In sports contests, Option 1 is Team A and Option 2 is Team B. In the event of a Full-Time Draw, the contest is void and 100% of collateral is refunded to both players with zero fee deduction.
- In the event of delay, outage, or unavailability of oracle reference data at the scheduled time, a 6-hour resolution grace period is initiated; if no verified data is obtained upon completion of this 6-hour window, the contest undergoes an emergency cancellation and all funds are refunded to both participants.
2. Chance (Grand Jackpot System & Round Lifecycle)
Players test their luck in jackpot pools within designated time windows. When the countdown timer reaches zero, round submissions automatically lock for verifiable settlement.
- Fixed Entry Countdown: Participants have a defined time window to enter each tier before the round timer expires.
- Correct Prediction Reward: The reward is distributed to any participant who provides the correct outcome prediction for the round.
- Prize Pool Rollover (Unclaimed Vaults): If no participant provides a correct prediction, 100% of the vault's USD value is preserved and carried over to boost the next jackpot round.
- Equal Split for Multiple Winners: If multiple participants predict the correct target, the net prize pool is split equally among all winning participants.
- Max 2 Tickets Per Wallet: Strict per-wallet cap to prevent whale dominance and guarantee fair distribution.
- Reward Distribution: 90% of the entire tier vault is transferred to the verified winner, with 10% allocated as protocol fee.
3. Skill (2048 Tournament Skill Vaults)
Players compete with each other based on skill. Skill tournaments run in continuous 24 hour cycles ending at 00:00 UTC every day.
- Single High Score Record (No Accumulation): Scores from multiple games are never summed together. Only a player highest single run record qualifies.
- Unlimited Ticket Purchases: Players may buy as many tickets as desired to improve their top record.
- SPECIAL $PVP PERK: 2X TICKETS BONUS: Buy tickets using the native $PVP token and get 2x tickets per 1 ticket fee!
- Reward Distribution: 80% of the entire tier vault is transferred to the top verified record holder, with 20% allocated as protocol fee.
